By day, I’m a digital project manager for a lovely agency in Bristol. By night, I’m trying out different fitness classes in Bristol, unless I get caught out by the allure of King Street – it does happen. I’m currently getting qualified as a personal training & fitness instructor after realising I was making a positive impact in my friend’s lives with fitness achievements, if it wasn’t the positive impact from reading this blog, it may have something to do with my sudden surprise interval sessions.
